Q: Do I have to get something else to get the device started? Is there any activation fee? If so, then how much? How much is the monthly service?

A: You just need a prepaid SIM card to use this device, most prepaid SIM cards have no monthly fee or annual service contract to sign. Just pay as you go. If you use the GPRS for tracking. Every target tracking will generate 500 bytes of data. The cost depends on your GPRS service operators. Usually every 1K of GPRS data cost about 1 cent.

Q: Where can i find prepaid SIM cards?

Q: Why is the green light always on, the on/off button doesn't seem to shut it off?

A: As soon as you put a battery in place, the green light will illuminate, but if you want to shut it down, you should do these steps:
a. Put a prepaid SIM card in place
b. Put the battery in place
c. Then wait for a while, the device will get online automatically, once it is connected, hold down the on/off button until the green light goes off
